研究方向及研究室特色: 蛋白质体学研究是指全面性的探讨蛋白质表现程度的学门。在生物医学领域中,通常着重於找出两个样品之间相对差异表现的蛋白。由於分析技术的快速进步,使得蛋白质体分析的覆盖率,已逐渐赶上基因体学研究。其中最主要的两项技术為质谱学及胜肽分离技术。本实验室主要的研究兴趣就是针对这两项技术进行研发及改进,以提升蛋白质体数据的广泛度、灵敏度、可信度及自动化程度。 |
