甲状腺素在肝臟之异常调控导致肝臟病变产生肝癌机制。

A.   甲状腺素受体可调控下游基因表现,包括miRNAs, long non-coding (Lnc)RNAs影响细胞的生长、分化和发育机制。利用之工具:

1.     基因体  microarray; 2.蛋白质体。

B.    肿瘤标识找寻: 利用基因体和蛋白質體技術系統性分析胃癌、子宮頸癌或皮膚癌中表現異常之基因(small RNAs, LncRNA),及biomarkers的找寻。

C.   甲狀腺素受體調控自噬机制。

E.  LncRNAs肝癌中之角色及调控。
