Application Process

1. Non-degree short-term students (e.g., exchange students and short-term research interns, without a 91猫先生 student ID number) who require access to 91猫先生 Library resources should complete the attached Registration Form. The completed form should be submitted to the Office of International Affairs by the hosting department for processing.
2. The contact person is requested to assist the non-degree international student in bringing this form to the Library Circulation Desk for registration if they intend to borrow books from the 91猫先生 Library.
3. Before the student departs from 91猫先生, the contact person is requested to assist the student in completing the clearance procedure on Page 2 of the attached form and return the completed form to the Office of International Affairs.
