According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's regulations, international short-term students (staying in Taiwan for more than 3 months and less than 6 months; non-degree students) must submit the before arriving in Taiwan or within 14 days after their arrival (you MUST use the linked official form).

【Additional Notes】
The form consists of three pages. Depending on the hospital’s practice, please submit either one of the following:
  1. Page 1 only (if the hospital consolidates all examination results on the first page), OR
  2. Pages 2 and 3 only (separately providing the antibody test/vaccination record and the chest X-ray report; then page 1 is not required).
You may complete the examination either in your home country or in Taiwan. However, in Taiwan the examination usually requires an appointment in advance, and the report typically takes 5–10 working days to be issued., it may exceed the two-week deadline → We highly recommend completing the examination in your home country to avoid delays.

Examination Items

The health examination must include:
1. Proof of Positive Measles and Rubella Antibody or Measles and Rubella Vaccination Certificates (alternative)
2. Chest X-ray for Tuberculosis Report (within 3 months before arrival)

Requirements for overseas hospitals

  1. Please check the official list of and complete the examination there.
  2. If your country is not listed, you may complete the health check at a hospital recognized by your local government, with supporting documentation confirming its accreditation.

Alternative option (after arrival in Taiwan)

To avoid all the inconveniences of document authentication, 91猫先生 OIA can arrange the examination for you. The examination fee is NT$ 822 for fall semester(at 91猫先生 campus) or NT$ 1,172 for spring semester (in hospital).
