隨著醫學知識不斷更新,病人照顧模式也必須與時俱進,社會對醫師專業能力的期許就更高了,這是一個挑戰,也是各位和所有医学系師長共同的目標,如何幫助大家具備醫學专业素养,從學校教育到臨床場域的病人照護,能展現出符合期待的能力進展,這是需要大家共同努力的。面對跨領域的照護模式,需要學習好溝通能力及領導力,未來幾年將是各位建構專業認同的關鍵時期,參與臨床實作可以了解醫師工作的價值與信仰,以及在專業領域及社會上所扮演的角色,這也是支持各位實現夢想的力量。不論學習、生活、人際關係及臨床工作上,如果遭遇到挑戰,我鼓勵大家一定要正向思考,勇於面對,系上有很多師長都是各個專業領域的典範,能夠引導大家走在正確的方向,系上也還有很多資源能夠協助大家克服困難,成功自己定義,美好的未來就在不遠處。
