研究计画:
目的:
针对社区老人或衰弱、退化性(如Parkinson disease)、脑血管疾病老人,建立筛检、预测疾病发生或再发的生物行為与神经生理侦测指标,并验证次级预防(secondary prevention)恶化、退化或再发之治疗方案,建立具实证治疗手法之虚拟实境与监测系统,以及推广至社区及居家之健康促进方案。
方法:
(一) 利用发展出之嗅觉、动作知觉及平衡测试仪,针对社区或退化性老人进行筛检,建立筛检动作及感觉障碍与神经损伤之系统。
(二) 针对生理、认知退化或障碍的长者,进行认知与运动功能检测,并设计认知与运动相关之训练组合,验证该训练对促进体能、生理、智能状况的成效
(叁) 针对脑血管疾病老人,根据目前新兴的非侵入性神经刺激技术,结合行為治疗(包含机器辅助治疗)研发复合疗法,改善生理认知功能,同时结合工程科技,建立即时监测及预警系统。
(四) 依据上述验证之训练方案,针对老化族群建立虚拟实境与监控系统,提供远距离医疗服务及居家训练。
