4. **Job Responsibilities:**

1. Assist with participant recruitment for research projects, report preparation, data collection, organization, and analysis.
2. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
3. Contact patients and assist in arranging follow-up visits.

5. **Education and Academic Background:**

* A bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university program is required.
* Applicants with an academic background in public health, nursing, biology, healthcare management, or a related field are preferred.
* Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

6. **Qualifications:**

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher from a full-time university program. A background in public health, nursing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience in research project implementation, statistical analysis, or database management is highly desirable.
3. Detail-oriented, responsible, capable of working independently, and willing to learn proactively.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

7. **Salary and Benefits:**

* Salary will be provided in accordance with the salary standards for research assistants established by Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council.
* Entry-level monthly salary:

* Bachelor’s degree: Starting from NT$36,300 per month
* Master’s degree: Starting from NT$41,500 per month
* Labor insurance and National Health Insurance are included.
* A year-end bonus equivalent to 1.5 months’ salary will be provided and calculated proportionally based on the employee’s starting date.
