【办理离校程序】请先完成【退宿手续】

? 【重要通知】应届毕业生办理离校程序—请先完成【退宿】手续
配合学校应届毕业生办理离校与领取毕业证书之作业流程，凡现為有住宿之毕业生，必须先完成退宿程序（清空寝室并归还钥匙），住宿组(舍监)才会於线上离校系统中「签核通过」。
為避免耽误您领取毕业证书的宝贵时间，请务必详阅并配合以下办理流程：
? 離校退宿辦理三步驟寢室淨空與清潔：將個人床位、書桌、衣櫃、地板及所有個人物品全部清空。帶走所有私人垃圾並將寢室內設備回復原狀。
?现场查核与还钥匙：寝室清空后，请联繫宿舍舍监，进行寝室检查。
?检查合格后，当场归还寝室钥匙。

住宿组线上签核：待宿舍管理人员确认您已完成上述退宿手续并回报后，住宿组将於离校系统中进行线上签核通过。
??【注意事項】? 不予簽核：若寢室尚未清空、留有個人垃圾、或未歸還鑰匙者，住宿組一律不予签核通过离校。

? [Important Notice] Graduation Clearance Procedures: Please Complete [Dorm Check-out] First

In alignment with the university's graduation clearance and diploma collection procedures, all graduating students currently residing in campus dorms must complete the dorm check-out process (emptying your room and returning your keys) before the Housing Section (Dorm Warden) can officially "approve" your status in the online graduation clearance system.
To avoid delaying your diploma collection, please read and follow these steps carefully.
? Three Steps for Graduation Dorm Check-outRoom Clearing and Cleaning: Completely empty your bed, desk, wardrobe, floor, and remove all personal belongings. Take all personal trash with you and restore all room facilities to their original state.
On-site Inspection and Key Return: Once your room is clear, contact your Dorm Warden for a room inspection. After passing inspection, return your room keys on the spot.
Online Approval by the Housing Section: Once the dorm management team confirms you have completed the check-out process and reports it, the Housing Section will grant online approval in the graduation clearance system.
?? [Important Notes]? Denial of Approval: If your room is not emptied, personal trash is left behind, or keys are not returned, the Housing Section will strictly deny your graduation clearance.
