Application for Master's or Doctoral Degree Examination

一、依本校硕、博士班研究生论文撰写办法规定，研究生应於各系所学位学程规定期限内，选定论文指导教授。请研究生至「颈颁骋鲍（校务资讯系统）-线上核签系统颁骋鲍-贵濒辞飞」提出038础指导教授申请，完成申请后，才能提出学位考试申请。
二、依本校硕、博士学位考试实施办法办理规定，学位考试申请分二阶段，请至「颈颁骋鲍（校务资讯系统）-线上核签系统颁骋鲍-贵濒辞飞」提出：
（一）第一阶段-011础成绩审核申请：
1.送出申请单截止日（不包含审核时间）為115年4月30日，审核通过者，得申请第二阶段。
2.附件请上传：□歷年成绩单、□当学期选课清单（无则免）、□臺湾学术伦理教育修课证明（自105学年度（含）起入学生）、□课程免修证明（无则免）、□签呈（无则免）、□博士资格考核通过日期及文件、□所上指定缴交资料（无则免）。
（二）第二阶段-035础学位考试申请：
1.送出申请单截止（不包含审核时间）為115年5月31日。
2.附件请上传：□英文通过证明（硕士在职专班免）、□所上指定缴交资料（无则免）。
3.114学年度起，学生应於进行学位考试前提出申请论文延后公开，并於学位考试时由考试委员审核确认是否涉及机密、专利事项或依法不得提供。
（叁）依本校行事历公告，本学期学位考试成绩缴交截止日為115年7月31日，办理离校手续及领取学位证书日期将另行公告。
叁、学生应完成「论文原创性比对」，供学位考试委员参考。

According to the regulations of 91猫先生, Graduate students should choose their thesis advisors before deadline specified by their institute. Graduate students have to provide information of their thesis advisors using Form 038A in the "i91猫先生 (Campus Information System)-91猫先生-Flow System". Graduate students who have completed this process can apply for their degree examination.
According to the 91猫先生 guideline of Graduate Degree Examination, there are two steps for application of graduate degree examination. Please submit your application using the "i91猫先生 (Campus Information System)-91猫先生-Flow System":
1. The first step - 011A Academic Record Review Application Form:
The deadline for submitting the application form (excluding review time) is April 30, 2026. Only those who pass the review can proceed to the second step.
Please upload the following attachments:
□ Transcript of Records, □ Course Registration List for the Current Semester (if available), □ Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education Certificate of Completion (for students enrolled since the 2016 academic year), □ Course Exemption Certificate (if available), □ Proposal (if available), □ Date and document of passing the doctoral qualification examination, □ Documents specified for submission (if available).
2. The second step - 035A Degree Examination Application:
The deadline for submitting the application form (excluding review time) is May 31, 2026.
(1) Please upload the following attachments:
□ English Proficiency Certificate (not required for master's in-service program), □ Documents specified for submission (if available).
(2) Starting with the 2025 academic year, students who wish to postpone the publication date of their dissertations must submit an application before the degree examinations. During the examinations, the examination committee will review and confirm whether the dissertation contains confidential information, patent-related matters, or any content prohibited from publication by law.
3. According to the 91猫先生 academic calendar announcement, the deadline for submitting the grades of the oral defense to the Graduate Studies Section is July 31, 2026. The dates for the 91猫先生-leaving procedures and the collection of degree certificates will be announced separately.
4. Before graduate degree examination, graduate students have to complete and provide "Plagiarism Detection for Thesis Originality" to members of the Degree Examining Committee.
