一、强化宿舍环境整洁与安全、增列寝室消毒及公共空间使用规范，针对私自於寝室内炊膳，造成寝室环境脏污情节严重、私自转(顶)让、霸佔床位、排斥他人进住、刊登買賣或顶讓床位訊息者等行為扣点与处理方式，另取消爱校服务抵销扣点之措施，以加强宿舍秩序管理。
二、增列退宿日程：住宿生如违规扣点累计达十点(含)以上，将勒令退宿，限期於七日内(含例假日)搬离，并取消在校期间住宿权。
