一、為维护全校师生健康，持续推动「无菸校园」政策，重申《菸害防制法》及相关规范，请全体教职员工生共同遵守以下规定：
(一)本校校园全面禁菸：於禁菸场所吸菸者，处其2,000元以上1万元以下罚鍰。
(二)提高禁止吸菸年龄：禁菸年龄由18 岁提高至20 岁，未满20岁违规吸者，应接受戒菸教育。
(叁)全面禁止类菸品（含电子烟）、加强管制指定菸品（含加热菸）。
二、戒菸资源支持 ：
(一)為保障教职员工生健康，卫保组办理戒菸卫生教育与转介辅导等服务。
(二)校外合作医疗院所：可申请政府补助之戒菸疗程。
(叁)可拨打卫生福利部国民健康署菸害諮询专线0800-531-531。
1.To safeguard the health of all faculty, staff, and students, the university continues to implement the “Smoke-Free Campus” policy, reiterating the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act and relevant regulations. All members are required to comply with the following rules:
(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited across the entire campus. Anyone smoking in restricted areas shall be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
(2) Minimum legal smoking age raised: The legal age for smoking has been increased from 18 to 20. Individuals under the age of 20 who violate this regulation must undergo smoking cessation education.
(3) Total ban on alternative tobacco products (including Vape) and stricter regulation of designated tobacco products (including heated tobacco products).
2.Smoking Cessation Support and Resources:
(1) To protect the health of faculty, staff, and students, the Health Care Section provides health education on smoking cessation as well as referral counseling services.
(2) Partnering medical institutions outside the campus offer government-subsidized smoking cessation programs.
