研究主题

药剂学研究在日本是属於医疗药学领域,在欧美国家则属药厂研发实务,其精神在於以既定药物赋予全新设计的处方、添加物或材料,以使药物本身之药理活性最大化或使其毒性及副作用最小化,或是延长药物於体内的留存时间。其意义在於使临床上的用药更加安全及有效,进而改善病患之依顺性。药剂学在药学研究领域内被视為较下游之药物研发过程,為一门应用科学,本研究室的主要工作便是為药物设计新的处方内容并探究其改善传统剂型缺点之程度与能力。

最近之研究计画:

  1. 多功能药物奈米载体经由 retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4) 传输至肾臟以治疗抗药性菌血症诱发之肾损伤
  2. 多效能之蓝莓活性成分 pterostilbene 可塑性奈米微脂体:用以促进瓦解 P. acnes 生物膜结构与抗局部感染活性
  3. 接合 NIMP-R14 抗体的脂质奈米载体主动标靶至嗜中性白血球以改善 PDE4 抑制剂之抗乾癣活性
  4. 兼具被动与主动标靶能力之奈米载体传输 ciprofloxacin 以治疗感染性肺炎:以 IsaB DNA 為配体之非离子微胞
  5. 设计合成含有角鯊烯之前驱药及其奈米载体开发:以毛囊為标靶位置
  6. 厚朴有效成分之抗发炎及经皮吸收之研究
  7. 牛樟芝萃取物治疗异位性皮肤炎之研究:牛樟芝单苯环类化合物在角质细胞中的抗发炎机制
  8. 一系列合成异黄酮类化合物之经皮吸收参数建立与其乾癣治疗之活性探究
  9. 中草药多酚成分之最适分离技术开发
