【Electronic Resources】Turnitin Originality Checking System: Update to Instructor Account Login Verification
To enhance account security, Turnitin has automatically enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for instructor accounts. Each time instructors log in to Turnitin, they must enter their username and password, followed by a verification code sent by the system, to complete the login process.
Please review the following login instructions and important notes.
1. Login Procedure and Verification Code
Go to the Turnitin login page and enter your 91猫先生 email address and password.
After your 91猫先生 Email and password have been verified, the system will send a one-time verification code to the email address registered to your Turnitin account. Please ensure that you can access this email account and check both your inbox and spam folder.
Retrieve the verification code from your email and enter it as instructed on the screen to complete the login process.
2. Incorrect Email Address or Login Issues
If the email address registered to your Turnitin account is incorrect, has been deactivated, or is inaccessible and you are therefore unable to receive the verification code, please contact the library for assistance in verifying your account information and resolving the issue.
3. Additional Notes
Verification is required every time you log in. If the system remains idle for more than five minutes, you will be automatically logged out and must log in again and enter a new verification code.
This update primarily affects instructor accounts. Multi-Factor Authentication is currently disabled by default for student accounts. If there are any future changes, further announcements will be made as appropriate.
For assistance with Turnitin login issues or verification codes, please contact the Library's Reader Services Division.
