整体教学目标	本课程為基础医学研究所生理药理学组硕博班研究生必修的课程，主要的教学目标首先是使学生瞭解各种生理功能之控制、调节及其细胞与分子作用机转、并经由后半段的药理教学帮助研究生瞭解及统合药理学之基本概念与架构。经由此一整合性的创新课程，研究生将具有生理学的基本架构和应用於药理学的理论基础。
教学方法	授課方式強調思考式及機制探討與解說的講述教學方式，但鼓勵學生在課堂或課後與老師討論授課內容，以培養同學自我學習、同儕討論，訓練學生查閱資料、探討基礎學理與臨床相結合之能力。「細胞生理及分子藥理」教學除了正常授課並安排多次考試，本課程係專為研究所對生理暨藥理有基礎或興趣的研究生所設計，主要目標在於幫忙研究生在進入專業領域前先建立、瞭解及統合生理及藥理學之基本概念與架構。本课程内容將廣泛的涉及解剖、生化、分子生物、生理、微生物、藥理與病理之整合教學工作，以其讓學生瞭解「為什麼」、「何時」及「如何」利用各種不同的生理學知識串連藥物治療特定疾病的機轉，加深同學對藥物之特殊作用機轉及生理功能之印象。
