整体教学目标 In an era of rapid advances in biomedicine, in addition to the traditional small molecule drug therapeutic modalities, the application of the latest technology in the genomic era to the diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive strategies of precision medicine will enable students to understand the possible future direction of clinical trials.
教学方法 Teachers will give a powerpoint presentation during class. Each student will give a written and oral presentation on a topic of their choice. Teachers will use these scores for semester grades
课程介绍 精準醫學標示了整合臨床指標與分子剖析來針對不同病人群體需求量身打造診斷、治療或預防策略的重要性。結合現代生物醫學快速發展,新型治療方式早已不限小分子藥物, 如生物製劑, 免疫療法及細胞療法等。配合藥物的各類伴隨性診斷或特定生物标誌的發展, 也早已用於篩選出對特定藥物最可能產生療效的患者, 預測副作用的風險, 或用於監測調整治療方式。未來更可利用基因體資訊, 對一般人可能的患病風險進行評估, 以設計不同的預防保健措施。而在整合各類數據時, 人工智慧的協助, 也將對精準醫學提供額外助力。
弹性学习 Watch the online course, which will be discussed in a subsequent session.
成绩考核 Each student will give a written and oral presentation on a topic of their choice. Teachers will use these scores for semester grades. Written report: 50%, oral presentation:50%.
