整体教学目标 Aim to let the attendees have a comprehensive understanding of both the traditional and advanced techniques applied in the studies of the molecular virology
教学方法 Lectures, discussion, and student presentation
课程介绍 以濒别肠迟耻谤别的形式介绍实验室进行病毒学研究常用的技术以及方法。除了传统的分生以及生化技术外,也会导入新颖的次世代实验方法。课程会以病毒的分子检测為出发点,当我们遭遇未知的病毒感染源,如何快速辨别可能的病原体?除了传统侦测病毒核酸或是蛋白质表现的分子实验方法,以及以细胞培养為基础进行病毒定量以及抗病毒药物效性的相关实验外,课程还会讨论近年发展出的研究技术如蛋白质、代谢体学,次世代/第叁代定序,以及基因筛选/编辑等新颖的技术及其如何应用於病毒以及病毒宿主间交互作用的相关研究成果
