| 整体教学目标 | 學生在修習此課程後將對細菌的致病機轉及最新研究方法有全面性的了解。學習所得將有助於學生對分子致病學研究能力的發展及日後在此領域的精進。 By the end of the semester, the student will have an overview of the bacterial pathogenic mechanisms and approaches used to study bacterial pathogenesis. The knowledge learned from this course is practical for research and serves as a foundation for future development in this area. |
| 教学方法 | 每一專題將先由授課老師講授並指定一至兩篇論文由全體同學閱讀，次週將由一位同學整理報告並引導討論。 A lecture will be given for each topic, and 1-2 manuscripts related to the topic will be presented and discussed in the following week. |
| 课程介绍 | 本课程着重於细菌分子致病机转之介绍及研究方法，及宿主对抗感染之策略。授课内容也将涵盖特定感染模式如病菌如何寄生於宿主细胞内、如何调控各个致病机制的表现以及细菌感染与癌症间的关係。细菌的毒素、各式分泌系统、群体感应等等都会在此课程中一一介绍。每一专题将由授课老师指定1-2篇论文或相关问题作為次週讨论主题。学生需要根据指定的阅读材料和问题积极参与和领导讨论。演讲者需撰写一份含论文和讨论内容的书面摘要。 |
