| 整体教学目标 | The primary objective of this course is to teach students how to acquire and apply various types of bioinformatics data from the internet. Students will also develop proficiency in using different bioinformatics software tools and utilize the high-speed computers at the university's bioinformatics center for practical exercises, including hands-on online operations. |
| 教学方法 | The course will focus on two core themes: analytical techniques for biological data analysis and examples illustrating the biological significance of these analyses. These themes will be interwoven throughout the class, typically structured with one-hour segments emphasizing analytical and algorithmic aspects, followed by lectures focusing on the biological questions addressed by sequence analysis. The primary goal of the course is to train students to approach DNA sequences as a problem in information processing. |
