This course is intended to provide students an opportunity to learn basic knowledge and key concepts about systems biology and the technologies used in researches of systems biology. |

课程介绍 |
此课程主要介绍系统生物学原理、核心技术与应用。内容涵盖基因体学、转录体学、蛋白质体学、代谢体学与体学生物资讯学。此外,亦会介绍宏观基因体(metagenomics)、表观基因体(epigenomics)与蛋白质修饰於生物医学研究之重要性及应用。本课程着重体学相关技术及生物资讯分析,让学生能了解细胞或其他生物系统的运作及动态变化,并从系统角度明瞭疾病生成过程。 |
