Microsoft Teams and e-Learning

整体教学目标

This course is intended to provide students an opportunity to learn basic knowledge and key concepts about systems biology and the technologies used in researches of systems biology.

教学方法

The lecturers provide their experiences and achievements of research in the field of systems biology and/or omics.

课程介绍

此课程主要介绍系统生物学原理、核心技术与应用。内容涵盖基因体学、转录体学、蛋白质体学、代谢体学与体学生物资讯学。此外,亦会介绍宏观基因体(metagenomics)、表观基因体(epigenomics)与蛋白质修饰於生物医学研究之重要性及应用。本课程着重体学相关技术及生物资讯分析,让学生能了解细胞或其他生物系统的运作及动态变化,并从系统角度明瞭疾病生成过程。
