整体教学目标

藉此課程協助醫學生於進入臨床前建立及統合药理学之基本概念與架構。 學習目的：幫助學生建立治療各種疾病之藥物的分類、藥物動力學及藥效學，及藥物於生物體的差異性等基本药理学概念，對藥物治療的效果及安全性的使用能有正確處方醫學知識。課程安排根據教科书由各器官組織缺失引發疾病的病因，介紹相關各大類藥物的治療機轉及臨床治療的優缺點、可能產生的副作用及毒性反應，及急性中毒之處理及解毒方法，以達到醫療的目標。

教学方法

本課程主要由药理学科老師以講述方式授課。

课程介绍

本課程係專為醫學系及中醫系學生所設計的，主要目標在使醫學生在進入臨床之前先建立及統合药理学之基本概念與架構。本課程奠基於基礎醫學，包括組織、有機及生物化學、生理、微生物等科目之整合，以期讓學生瞭解「為何」、「何時」及「如何」利用各種不同的藥物來治療疾病，擴及藥物副作用與毒性反應等的相關觀念。课程内容及主要負責教師簡述如下：（一）药理学概論及周邊神經藥物（赖国筑）。（二）中樞神經藥物（陈景宗）。（三）心臟血管藥物（马蕴华）。（四）荷爾蒙藥物及毒物學（周美智）。（五）抗生素及抗癌藥物（吴宗圃）。本課程在進度上配合一学分的药理学實驗，於動物實驗或電腦模擬中印證藥物作用機制，並聘請臨床醫師專家擔任授课教师，將基礎药理学及臨床疾病治療相結合。進一步以分組報告方式，培養自學、溝通及團隊合作能力，以因應快速變遷之藥物研發與進展。

成绩考核

正课学期总成绩 = 叁次考试平均（90%）+平时成绩（10%；出缺席） 第一次第二次期中考為晚上考试，期末考试為课堂时间考试，晚上考试乃不得已之安排，将与学生充分沟通取得共识。
