课程介绍 |
本課程結合長庚大學各系所研究循環系統方面的師資,為醫學類研究生深入瞭解循環系統運作機制所設計。課題包括血壓的調控、離子通道與心臟功能、血管內皮因子、血管平滑肌功能、幹細胞、血小板及凝血功能、運動與心血管疾病、肺高壓及血管硬化等。教材由授课教师參考各領域中相關文獻而擬定,著重於討論各領域最新的進展、尚待解決的問題及可能的研究方法,以協助學生奠定從事循環系統研究的知識及實驗設計基礎。此深碗課程亦包含實作部分,作為弹性学习內容,修课学生必須學會測量麻醉之大鼠的血壓及心跳對藥物的反應,藉以學習循環系統整合運作的機制。本課程為生物醫學所生理暨藥理組博士班資格考試選考領域。 |

弹性学习 |
完成大鼠血压测量实验,学习小动物全身麻醉、静脉/动脉/膀胱插管、血压对药物的反应、及相关仪器设备的原理与操作,共计6小时。 Perform experiments on 'Blood pressure responses to pharmacological intervention in anesthetized rats'. Techniques includes general anesthesia, small animal surgery, cannulation of artery, vein and urinary bladder, direct measurement of blood pressure using a pressure transducer. 6 hr. |
