本实验室聚焦於癌症转译医学与精準诊疗，透过单细胞转录体学、空间转录体学与影像质谱细胞分析等技术，研究肿瘤微环境与免疫细胞互动如何影响疾病进程与治疗反应。
我们整合生医资讯与机器学习，开发预后与治疗反应预测模型，应用於肺癌、多发性骨髓瘤、乳癌等多种癌症，并持续拓展至大肠癌等其他肿瘤领域。
