According to the Geng University General Liaison Letter No. T23409C699, the legal affairs stated that the parties to the 91猫先生's contract should be decided after discussion by the confidentiality parties. If the cooperative manufacturer agrees that the 91猫先生 body does not need to sign, the parties (teachers and students, etc.) who actually have access to the confidential information will be the cooperators. The manufacturer only needs to sign it.

If you want to join the 91猫先生 as a contracting party, we will provide a confidentiality contract template for the three parties (the 91猫先生, the 91猫先生's confidentiality parties and manufacturers) for the teacher's R&D team and non-enterprise companies to sign. The 91猫先生's confidentiality parties (teachers and students, etc.) need to join in and co-sign.
