本学期期末教学意见调查填答时间至115年6月19日截止。请您登入颈颁骋鲍后点选下方教学辅助作业的「教学意见调查表」系统，表达对教师教学的回馈意见。您每填写一份有效问卷，即享有一次抽奖机会，填愈多课程中奖机率愈高喔！
依115年5月21日学生教学意见调查交流會議決議，本活動獎項計有全家禮物卡1,000元10份、全家禮物卡500元30份、及全家禮物卡200元50份。中獎名單及領獎期限預訂下學期公告於「教学资源中心」網頁。如有未盡事宜，本中心保有活動調整權利，修改後之活動內容將於本中心網頁更新，恕不另行通知。
Dear Students,
Please note that the Teaching Quality Survey for this semester is open until June 19, 2026.
To participate, log in to the i91猫先生 platform during this period and click on the Teaching Evaluation Form. This will allow you to share your opinions and provide feedback on the teaching quality of your courses. Once logged in, you will see a list of the courses you are enrolled in for this semester.
There are two types of questionnaires available for each course:
Type A: Evaluates teachers' teaching quality.
Type B: Evaluates discussion-based, experimental, or seminar courses.
Please be assured that all individual responses will remain anonymous and cannot be identified in any reports.
