研究题目: Drug discovery against RNA viruses 

研究方向:

1.我们实验室从事抗病毒中药与小分子药物的开发,希望从临床中药复方或单味中药,来开发与筛选具抗流行性感冒病毒、新冠病毒与肠病毒的抑制药物,并研究其机转,以因应可能爆发之疫情。

2. 利用定量蛋白质体学技术/高通量次世代定序,鑑定药物之靶标蛋白质,透过miRNA/lncRNA表现差异,诱发讯号传递,了解宿主-病毒的相互调控,并研究其相关的抗病毒机制。
