Please note the following deadlines and requirements for year-end accounting procedures:
1.General Expense Reimbursements
Approved expense claims with FY114 receipts/invoices must reach the Accounting Office by July 24, 115.
If receipts have been obtained but approval/review is incomplete, submit an accrual application through MIS by July 28, 115.
Final reimbursement with original receipts must be completed by August 15, 115.
2.Research Projects
For projects extending beyond August 115, invoices/receipts dated July 115 must still be submitted by the above deadlines for reimbursement or accrual processing.
3.Construction and Material Payments
Payment documents for construction projects and miscellaneous materials must be submitted by July 24, 115.
Late submissions will require invoices issued in FY115.
4.Procurement Cases (Subsidy-Funded)
If acceptance and payment cannot be completed by July 24, 115, submit a receiving report and invoice copy by July 28, 115 for accrual recording.
5.Small Material Expense Claims
Submit to the General Affairs Office for review by July 20, 115.
The General Affairs Office will forward approved cases to Accounting by July 24, 115.
6.Important Notes
Submit documents in batches before the deadline to avoid processing delays.
From August 115 onward, FY114 receipts may not be used for reimbursement unless accrual procedures were completed in advance.
Time-sensitive documents should be delivered in person.
