1.      本實驗室致力於利用動物模式來深入研究病毒在宿主體內進行複製的相關機制。具體而言,我們已經成功建立了多種動物感染模式,包括腸病毒、流感病毒以及新冠病毒的動物模型。這些模型為我們提供了一個強有力的工具,以便在接近自然的生物環境中觀察和分析病毒的複製過程及其與宿主之間的相互作用。在這些動物感染模式的基礎上,我們進行了廣泛的研究,以揭示病毒在宿主體內的動態行為和複製策略。這些研究不僅加深了我們對病毒生物學的理解,還為抗病毒藥物和疫苗的開發提供了重要的理論支持和實驗數據。通過這些模型,我們能夠模擬和分析不同藥物和疫苗在體內的作用效果,評估其安全性和有效性,從而加快其研發進程和臨床應用。

2.      本實驗室已成功建立了一套利用抗生素處理改變腸道菌相與糞菌移植的方法,這些方法用以研究和確認腸道菌叢對於腸道RNA病毒感染的关係。我们的研究首先通过抗生素处理来改变小鼠或其他实验动物的肠道菌相,随后进行粪菌移植,这种技术能够精确地调控肠道微生物群的组成,為进一步研究提供了稳定且可控的模型。在此基础上,我们将利用功能性多重体学分析平台(Functional Multi-Omics Analysis Platform),这一先进的技术能够对bacterial microbiome(细菌微生物群)、virome(病毒群)与宿主之间的关係进行全面而深入的分析。多重体学分析涵盖了基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等多个领域,能够系统性地揭示肠道菌丛对於肠道RNA病毒感染的影响机制。通过这些技术手段,我们期望更加详细地了解病毒感染的致病机制与宿主的防御作用。例如,我们可以观察到在不同菌相组成下,肠道RNA病毒感染的程度及其引起的免疫反应,从而找出特定的肠道细菌或其代谢产物对抗病毒感染的潜力。这些研究不仅有助於阐明肠道菌丛在病毒感染过程中的具体作用,还能為筛选和测试具有抗RNA病毒感染潜力的肠道细菌及其活性成分提供理论支持。

3.      負責維運BSL-3高防护实验室,我们致力於建立并执行严格的生物安全操作规范,确保实验室内所有研究活动在最高安全标準下进行。BSL-3实验室专门处理可能对人类健康造成重大威胁的传染性病原体,因此,我们的工作重点在於防止病原体意外释放并保护实验人员的安全。我们制定了全面的生物安全手册,涵盖从病原体操作到废弃物处理的每一个环节,并定期进行安全审查和演练,确保所有操作都符合国际标準和法规要求。在这个高防护环境中,我们不仅进行前沿的科研工作,还负责训练高防护实验室的人才。这些人才包括研究人员、技术员和管理人员,他们接受严格的生物安全和操作规范培训,熟悉各种应急处理流程,以应对任何潜在的安全威胁。我们的培训计划包括理论学习和实践操作,确保学员能够在真实环境中应用所学知识,為未来的科研和防疫工作奠定坚实的基础。此外,我们积极参与多项产学合作计画,与国内外厂商紧密合作,协助他们开发和测试各类防疫产物,如新型抗病毒药物、疫苗和诊断试剂等。这些合作不仅促进了科研成果的转化,还為防疫工作提供了实质性的支持。我们利用BSL-3实验室的先进设施和技术优势,為公司提供高效可靠的研发服务,推动防疫产物的快速上市和应用。通过这些努力,我们不仅提升了自身的科研能力,还在防疫和公共健康领域发挥了重要作用。我们的工作促进了产学研叁方的紧密合作,实现了科技成果的高效转化和应用,為社会带来了实质性的健康和经济效益。总之,我们的BSL-3高防护实验室不仅是科研创新的平台,还是防疫人才培养和产业发展的重要支柱。
