Professor Wan received his Ph.D. degree from the department of Computer Science & Engineering, Pennsylvania State University (USA) in 2000. Currently, He is a professor of the department of Information Management of 91猫先生 in Taiwan. His major research interests are medical image, pattern recognition, 3D modeling, and multiple criteria decision making related topics.
