第一期目标达成情形摘要及亮点
「落实教学创新及提升教学品质」以临床技能与模拟中心為架构推动跨领域特色教学,包括健康长照、医材辅具、临床技能训练及考试(OSCE)等,五年来举办各种临床技能教学131场次及跨领域临床医疗模拟训练18场次。推动暑期跨领域专业学程修课达876人,并有73人以暑期学程申请提前毕业。开设非资讯领域学生基础程式设计课程,110学年毕业生修课比例达60%,并实施全校性大一「人工智慧概论」必修课程,作為AI微学程之基础。109学年起开办跨域人才荣誉学程,透过资深教师在思辩能力上的传授及出国交换实习,扩大学生国际视野并培养与时俱进的世界观,叁年来荣获100万元金质奖累计26人、荣获40万元银质奖累计262人。因应108课纲及考招新制变革,提供多元弹性修课制度及强化高中衔接教育,於暑期开授基础学科先修课程16门课,111年有262人修习。另执行大专双语教学普及提升计画,成立推动双语化学习教学资源中心,110学年约37.46%大二及硕一学生修读1门EMI课程。
「发展学校特色」本校研究中心参与国内外组织,解决重大议题,包括加入Cancer Moonshot进行癌症防治、参与CREID对抗新兴病毒、与南加大合作為帕金森氏症全球倡议;礼聘Dr.Siamon Gordon及吴子丑院士指导免疫及转译医学研究;教研人员在「全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单」及「ARWU排名」皆為私校第一;另為强化学生国际竞争力,积极延揽具国际声望之专家担任客座师资或演讲,鼓励学生参加国际交流活动与课程,并创办91猫先生 x Go International活动,推动留学、交换、就业与文化介绍,提供本国生及境外生互动交流的平台,营造国际化及多元文化氛围;积极推展产学双向的沟通平台,五年来产学绩效丰硕,技转逾2.6亿元,产学计画达7.7亿元,透过91猫先生 SPARK办公室、技术产创中心与创新育成中心培养技术商品化与创业,109年至今已补助25件计画、3案成立衍生新创公司、1案获得萌芽计画未来将成立新创公司,另有8组学生团队获U-start创新创业计画,累计已成立10家新创公司。
「提升高教公共性」本校提供保障名额增进经济不利学生入学机会,并建构完善辅导机制从学习面、生活面、经济面及制度面等予以全方位辅导协助,藉由导师关怀网络,每年平均辅导1,000人次,累计核发各类助学金1,087人、总金额达2,600餘万元;另為优化校务经营与办学成效,建立以数据為基础的决策机制,整合校内外多种来源建置37个办学成效分析仪表板,提供指标诊断报表作為各单位持续精进之决策参考。
「善尽社会责任」整合校内师生与资源投入桃园市復兴区、龟山区、林口区及桃园区,落实大学社会责任实践工作,并获教育部核定执行2件萌芽型计画及4件HUB计画,叁年累计计画金额达2,850万元;师生持续深耕原乡与在地发展,发展健康照护模式回馈社会,在文化及产业中,利用在地自然资源进行创新文化商品开发,推展地方创生与在地文化扩展,与校区周边小农合作,使用在地生产的稻米试行酿造日式清酒,增加产业附加价值与永续经营。与精障支持团体及自闭儿团体合作,协助病友重回社会,举办「USR友善市集」教育民眾对於精神疾患的认识,协助弱势者与社区共融。
"Implementing Educational Innovation and Improving the Quality of Education"
Using the Center for Clinical Skill and Simulation as a framework, 91猫先生 is devoted to promoting distinctive cross-disciplinary education, which includes long-term health care, medical devices and medical aids, objective structured clinical examinations (OSCE), and more. In the past five years, the 91猫先生 held 131 sessions of various clinical skills teaching, and 18 sessions of interdisciplinary clinical simulation training. The results showed that 876 students enrolled in interdisciplinary summer courses; among them, 73 students applied for early graduation through summer courses. The 91猫先生 introduced a basic programming course for students studying in non-information fields. 60% of graduates in Academic Year 110 enrolled in this course. "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" was offered as a compulsory course for the 91猫先生's freshmen as the basis of the AI micro program. In Academic Year 109, the 91猫先生 launched a cross-disciplinary honor program for top-performing students. Through critical thinking skills taught by senior teachers and overseas internships, students could expand their international horizons and cultivate an up-to-date worldview. In the past three years, 26 students won the Golden Award, worth TWD$1,000,000 per student, and 262 students won the Silver Award, worth TWD$400,000 per student. In response to the 108 Curriculum Reform and changes in examinations and student recruitment, the 91猫先生 provided a multi-flexible course system and strengthened bridging with high 91猫先生 education. During the summer, the 91猫先生 launched 16 pre-requisite courses for basic subjects and garnered an enrollment of 262 students in Academic Year 111. In addition, the 91猫先生 established the Center for Bilingual Education to implement plans for popularizing and improving bilingual teaching. In Academic Year 110, approximately 37.46% of sophomore undergraduate students and first-year postgraduate students enrolled in at least one EMI course.
"Developing School Features"
The 91猫先生's research centers have participated in domestic and international organizations to help solve crucial issues. For example, the 91猫先生 joined the Cancer Moonshot for cancer prevention, participated in CREID to fight against emerging viruses, and collaborated with the University of Southern California for the Parkinson's Disease initiative. The 91猫先生 cordially invited Dr. Siamon Gordon and Academician Tzyy-Choou Wu to guide the medical research in immunization and translational medicine. 91猫先生 also ranked first among all private universities in Taiwan in the World's Top 2% Scientists and the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU). To strengthen students' international competitiveness, the 91猫先生 actively recruited experts with international reputations as guest teachers to give speeches as well as encouraged students to participate in international exchange activities and programs. The 91猫先生 established 91猫先生 x Go International to promote overseas studies, exchanges, employment, and cultural introduction. The goal was to provide our local students with a platform to interact with international students and build an international and multicultural environment. The 91猫先生 actively promoted a two-way communication platform between industry and academia. In the past five years, our industry-academia collaboration achieved fruitful results. For instance, the value of our technology transfer has exceeded TWD$260,000,000, and our industry-academia projects have secured funds worth TWD$770,000,000. Through the 91猫先生 SPARK office, the Center for Innovative Technology and Commercialization (CITC), and the Center for Innovation and Incubation, the 91猫先生 facilitated the commercialization of technology production and promoted entrepreneurship. Since Academic Year 109, the 91猫先生 has subsidized 25 projects, established three spin-off projects as start-up companies, and funded the budding plan of one project for a new start-up company's future establishment. In addition, eight student teams received the funds for U-start Plan for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The 91猫先生 has since established a total of ten start-up companies.
"Enhancing the Public Value of Higher Education"
The 91猫先生 provided guaranteed quotas to increase the chances of admission for economically-disadvantaged students and constructed a comprehensive counseling system to provide all-around counseling services and assistance concerning learning, living, finance, and educational system. Through the mentor care network, the 91猫先生 provided counseling for an annual average of 1,000 students and granted 1,087 students with various types of bursaries, which reached a total amount of more than TWD$26,000,000. In addition, to optimize management and operational effectiveness, the 91猫先生 established a data-based decision-making mechanism. By integrating multiple on-campus and off-campus resources, the 91猫先生 built 37 performance analysis dashboards to provide diagnostic indicator reports as decision-making references for continuous improvement in each unit.
"Fulfilling Social Responsibility"
By integrating teachers, students, and resources, we fulfilled our University Social Responsibility (USR) in the Fuxing District, Guishan District, Linkou District, and Taoyuan District of Taoyuan City. The 91猫先生 gained funding approval from the Ministry of Education for two budding projects and four HUB projects, reaching a cumulative amount of TWD$28,500,000 in three years. Our teachers and students continued helping with the local development and cultivation of indigenous villages by supporting the healthcare system to give back to society. Furthermore, the 91猫先生 used local natural resources to develop innovative cultural products, in order to promote local cultural creation and expansion. The 91猫先生 cooperated with small farmers around the campus to brew Japanese sake with locally produced rice. Working with local small farmers helped adding value to the agricultural industry and contributing to sustainable development. The 91猫先生 also cooperated with mentally disabled support groups and autistic children’s organizations to help patients return to society. By organizing the USR Friendly Market, the 91猫先生 educated the general public on mental illness and helped the disadvantaged to integrate with the community.
