Bioinformatics Workshop (V): Bioinformatics and Single-cell Multi-omics Workshop (Registration Open).
To help faculty members and students at Chang Gung
University develop practical skills in bioinformatics and single-cell
multi-omics analysis, the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Sciences is
organizing “Bioinformatics Workshop (V): Bioinformatics and Single-cell
Multi-omics Workshop.” This three-day intensive summer hands-on workshop will
be taught in English by Prof. Steven Rozen from Duke University School of
Medicine. The course covers R/Python/Bash basics, AI coding agents, R data
visualization, Quarto reproducible reports, single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell
multi-omics, trajectory analysis, differential expression, cell-type
composition analysis, and spatial single-cell analysis.
