Research interests:

Mechanism of T cell tolerance

  1. laboratory is interested in the biochemical and molecular mechanisms of T cell activation, differentiation, and tolerance, which could help reach immune tolerance in autoimmune disease and transplantation. Current project focus on metabolic cues such as HIF-1 and glutamine modulation. We are also interested in microRNA and epigenetic regulation in immune system.
