1. Our students will acquire advanced knowledge of asset management and apply it to investment practice.
    1-1. Our students will be able to analyze and value major financial instruments.
    1-2. Our students will be able to construct and evaluate portfolios by integrating asset allocation and risk management.
    1-3. Our students will be able to explain the characteristics, risks, and portfolio roles of alternative assets and emerging investment strategies.

2. Our students will be able to solve asset-management problems using quantitative and research methods.
    2-1. Our students will be able to apply appropriate quantitative and data-analytic methods to financial data.
    2-2. Our students will be able to formulate an investment or research problem, evaluate evidence, and develop a well-supported conclusion or recommendation.

3. Our students will be able to communicate effectively in professional and academic settings.
    3-1. Our students will be able to deliver a clear, logically structured, and persuasive oral presentation.
    3-2. Our students will be able to produce a well-organized professional report or research paper.

4. Our students will be able to make responsible asset-management decisions.
    4-1. Our students will be able to identify and analyze ethical, legal, and fiduciary issues in asset management.
    4-2. Our students will be able to incorporate client objectives and constraints, risk disclosure, conflicts of interest, and professional standards into investment decisions.
