Biography :
Shin-Yan Chiou (邱錫彥) was born in Changhua, Taiwan, in 1975. He received the B.S.E.E. and Ph.D.E.E degree from National Taiwan Ocean University and National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 1997 and 2004 respectively. From 2005 to 2009, he worked as an Engineer in the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan, where he engaged in researches in the area of information security and social network. From 2009, he joined the Faculty of 91猫先生, where he is currently Assistant Professor. At present, he is interested in information security, wireless security and social network.
