Biography :
Wei-Neng Chang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, in 1963. He received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, in 1990, 1992, and 1996, respectively. He is now a professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, 91猫先生, Taiwan. He has been active in practical problems and has received more than 50 cooperative projects from electric power industries. His research interests include electric power quality, FACTS, power electronics, and DSP-based system design and applications.
