The open-source software "Chang Gung Image Texture Analysis Tool (CGITA)" developed by EE at 91猫先生, is used to quantify the intra-tumor heterogeneity for medical images. Researchers at HarvardMedical School and Dana Faber Cancer Institute used CGITA for studying the PET images of lung cancer patients and published their results at Plos One.
