教学目标

本課程為呼吸治療學系二年級學生必修的課程，主要的教学目标是使學生瞭解控制及調節各種生理功能的細胞及分子機轉。經由此課程，呼照二學生將具有修習药理学之基礎，及其他有關臨床護理學所需的基本知識。

教学方法

凡修習此課程之同學必須已修完生物學課程 。授課教師將以液晶投影教學為主，由淺至深，講解整體及各個系統之生理機轉，注重各系統之間的關聯及其相互影響。強調與學生互動關係，鼓勵學生於課後或課堂中與教師討論內容。除此，經由指定之課題報告，培養學生查閱搜尋文獻資料能力，以為日後研究或職場新知之基礎。

中文课程介绍

本課程將首先介紹細胞的構造及功能與控制生理機能的基本觀念，之後將分述體內生理系統的功能及其控制機轉。授課老師方面，課程負責人王鴻利教授負責神經、細胞膜生理学、細胞訊號傳遞、心臟血管及腸胃生理学；盧主欽助理教授負責細胞功能、內分泌、生殖生理学及腎臟生理学；另邀請謝孟哲醫師擔任呼吸生理学教學。

英文课程介绍

The purpose of this course is to present the basic principles and facts of human physiology in a format which is suitable for undergraduate students majoring in respiratory therapy.  The contents of the course are to explain, integrate and synthesize informations and mechanisms rather than a simple description of the body functions. Students will be guided to obtain knowledges of integrated body functions and the underlying mechanisms. Speakers will progress from the molecule, cell, tissue, organ, and body as a whole. In addition, students will be encouraged to participate in course discussions and special topic will be assigned to each student as their take home work and to present to the class later on.

成绩考核

三次筆試佔80% , 書面報告佔15%，平時成績佔5%

由科内老师及临床授课医师自行编製之讲义，於课前供学生预习、参考并与正课内容相配合，儘量兼具学理说明及临床实用性。

教学目标

近年生物醫學研究進展迅速，各學門都在細胞、生化及分子生物層次增進我們對生命現象的認知。生理学主要探討整體的功能，強調對重要生命特性調節控制的了解。即使在環境改變下，健康的人能將重要生命指標如血壓、體溫、血氧等，維持在一個對生命有利的合理範圍內。生理学的第一個目標，就是要了解這種體內恆定的現象是如何達到的。由於這些指標如超過生理範圍即是疾病，所以疾病是了解正常生理運作的老師。我們的第二個目標即是從生理異常來了解調控機制的功能。由於對生命現象認知的進展，我們的第三個目標是希望在細胞/生化/分子生物的層次探討調控機制的運作。課程安排以達到上述這三個目標為重。配合實驗操作、討論、講解達到學習之效果。

教学方法

本实验课於操作前讲解实验之原理、目的；说明及示范实验器材、方法、步骤，经分组合作完成实验过程后，由各组学生上台报告实验结果，协助学生互相讨论，再经由老师指导、补充，使学生学习的兴趣及效果提高。

另在学期中配合正课及实验的进度，安排时段观看教学影带，以加强课程之丰富度及临床实用性。

指导学生正确之报告写法，并经由分组讨论及查阅相关资料而使学习成效达到理想目标。

本讲义教材共分為十个单元，每一单元又包含数个实验项目，共计有以下十个实验课程。

英文课程介绍

The course starts with an introduction to the concept of physiological “homeostasis”, giving examples to demonstrate the interdependent relations among various parts of the body to achieve approximately constancy in the internal environment. An introduction to the structure, composition, and physiology of the cell membrane will then follow, to pave the way for the following lectures on the structures and functions of various body systems, organs, and tissues. This course will equip students with basic knowledge of human physiology, and, in a hope, with an appreciation with the beauty and importance of the homeostasis through which our bodies make their ways.

成绩考核

实验报告佔50%，期末考佔30%，平时成绩(报告、点名、小考、口试….等)佔20%。

週一至週五上午9:00-下午5:00, 非上課時間皆可!
