Project Overview：
In order to strengthen the efficiency of human resource management in medical institutions, as well as comprehensive long-term planning, this project aims to develop a human resource management system applicable to the pharmacy department through the cooperation of institutions and using the pharmacy department as an experimental field. In addition to the development of the core scheduling system, it is necessary to collaboratively work with users to formulate the management operation plan and user interface design. We will also verify the system's usability and ease of use in order to create a system that can be practically implemented in the experimental field. In the short term, we focus on the healthcare industry as our primary target audience to seek collaboration opportunities. After establishing a stable customer base, we can expand our services to different industries based on the original core infrastructure.
