Standard 6：The 91猫先生 has well-documented and
well-communicated processes to manage and support faculty members over the
progression of their careers that are consistent with the 91猫先生’s mission,

这项标準的参与者包含学生、教师与职员。
学校在管理与支持教师系统上，使用充分的文件资料记录与良好的沟通桥梁。
这与学校的使命、预期成果与策略是一致的。
首先学校会有系统地分配职责给老师，进而依教师的表现判定绩效，使用绩效来进行评估(evaluation)、晋升(promotion)、奖励(reward)。智力贡献(Intellectual Contributions)内也将採纳教师绩效。
认证标準规范了整体师资、个别师资、职员和学生的教育责任。
教育可是全体参与者的责任呢!
