- 已建立 F4/80 基因剔除(knock-out)小鼠,以在體內鑑定該分子的生物學功能。
- 目前積極參與黏附型 GPCR 家族新成員的辨識,以及對這些受體功能的闡明,包括其特異性表達模式與細胞配體的鑑定等。
- 另一個研究方向是黏附型 GPCR 受體的轉譯後修飾,這涉及一種保守的蛋白水解切割過程及其功能角色。
